Please be advised that Spruce Hill Farms, in accordance with our By-laws, will hold its annual membership meeting on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
We held off this notice as long as we could as we were hoping to be in person under the pavilion, but we will be having this as a virtual meeting due to the construction going on at the pool area. April’s weather did not cooperate with our intention to show off our newly renovated pool The construction site will be dangerous and we want to be clear from any activities that will be happening at that time.
We have attached the proposals/scope of work with the engaged contractor. The board considered other options very seriously and ensured that we were making a very prudent decision on the community’s behalf. As we all have realized over the past few years – pricing increases have hit everywhere. Strand Pool was selected based on three factors,
1) Price
2) reputation with our community
3) product suggestion ( original pool footprint)
We are looking forward to new people stepping up to join the board. Please let us know ( [email protected] ) if you would like to be nominated to join us. ( the process from an online meeting will be a little cumbersome – but works well )
